Q. How do I clean my wood oven?

A. Because of the extreme heat inside the oven, they need very little cleaning. Spilled food will burn off so all you really to do is brush out the inside of the oven and it's ready to use again.

Q. Any other maintenance?

A. No, it's a good idea to cover the oven when not in use and during the winter months.
